Auto-generated documentation for CostExplorer type annotations stubs module types-aiobotocore-ce.
Client#
Implicit type annotations#
Can be used with types-aioboto3[ce]
package installed.
Write your CostExplorer
code as usual,
type checking and code completion should work out of the box.
# CostExplorerClient usage example
from aioboto3.session import Session
session = Session()
async with session.client("ce") as client: # (1)
result = await client.create_anomaly_monitor() # (2)
- client: CostExplorerClient
- result: CreateAnomalyMonitorResponseTypeDef
Explicit type annotations#
With types-aioboto3-lite[ce]
or a standalone types_aiobotocore_ce
package, you have to explicitly specify
client: CostExplorerClient
type annotation.
All other type annotations are optional, as types should be discovered automatically. However, these type annotations can be helpful in your functions and methods.
# CostExplorerClient usage example with type annotations

from types_aiobotocore_ce.type_defs import CreateAnomalyMonitorResponseTypeDef

async with session.client("ce") as client: # (1)
kwargs: CreateAnomalyMonitorRequestRequestTypeDef = {...} # (2)
result: CreateAnomalyMonitorResponseTypeDef = await client.create_anomaly_monitor(**kwargs) # (3)
- client: CostExplorerClient
- kwargs: CreateAnomalyMonitorRequestRequestTypeDef
- result: CreateAnomalyMonitorResponseTypeDef
